LIQUID GRAVEYARD Signs With RISING RECORDS

August 18, 2010

LIQUID GRAVEYARD, the new band featuring former CANCER frontman John Walker, has inked a deal with the British record label Rising Records. The group is finishing up the songwriting process for its second album, which will be recorded and mixed at Sadman Studios in Madrid, Spain and mastered at Finnvox Studios in Helsinki, Finland. An early 2011 release is expected.

LIQUID GRAVEYARD's debut album, "On Evil Days", was released last year via My Kingdom Music.

LIQUID GRAVEYARD's lineup is completed by Raquel Walker (ex-ABFYS) on vocals, Acaymo Delgado on drums and Adrian De Buitléar (MOURNING BELOVETH) on bass. Playing a style ranging betwen avantgarde death metal, alternative and progressive rock, this new group is "a giant step forward from [CANCER's] 'Black Faith' and 'Spirit in Flames' albums," according to a press release.
